Following Judicial Clerkships with two Judges with the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, Mr. Seltzer developed a robust practice of law with a concentration in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law, Motor Vehicle Accident Law, Premises Liability/Slip and Fall Law, and General Negligence. The Law Offices of David M. Seltzer, Esquire has thrived, now, for more than 40 years.
